FLORIAN MEHNERT
About
Florian Mehnert is a German concept and media artist whose practice investigates social, digital and perceptual systems. His works translate invisible processes into drawings, installations, photographs, light works and participatory spatial situations.
Across different media, Mehnert’s practice follows a consistent system-analytical approach. He examines how technologies, infrastructures, narratives and social behaviors shape perception and collective experience. Data becomes image, movement becomes line, interaction becomes spatial form.
His works often operate at the intersection of art, technology and society. They address questions of privacy, surveillance, artificial intelligence, public space, participation and the construction of reality through technical systems.
